Sourdough Boule

Artisan bread fermented to perfection. Hand mixed in small made to order batches with sourdough starter, organic all purpose flour, water, sea salt and brown rice flour (used for shaping after fermentation so that no unfermented wheat flour is in the dough). Dough takes 12 - 24 hours to proof and then is baked.
