Need an elective that's practical life skills for your high schooler?

How about an Intro to Baking class! Your high schooler will learn all about basic kitchen skills plus baking.  There will be a syllabus included to meet requirements for graduation and the class is taught by a credentialed Home Economics instructor. Some items that they will learn about will be sourdough, cheesecake, brioche, yeast vs. non yeast breads, and more!

Classes meet on Wednesdays starting Sept. 10 for a 14 week semester. at the studio (Haven Rose Supply Co. 16912 Gothard St. Ste A HB 92647). The cost is $450 and a $55 material fee due upon registration with either Charter School Funds or out of pocket.
