Beginner's Sourdough Baking Class

Join this exciting and informative class to find out all that you need to know to make your first sourdough bread! This class is hands-on and visual plus step by step instructions so that you won't leave feeling overwhelmed. Included in the class is a recipe to follow, sample schedule for baking, a sourdough starter and a dough to take home. (If class time conflicts with bulk fermentation than a fresh loaf is available to take home instead of a raw dough).

Full refund for cancellations can be made if the booking is cancelled a week before the class event time. 50 % refunds are given if cancellation is made 24 hours in advance of the class time. No refunds are given after that. We prepare materials and dough in each stage of the process for the quality of the class so last minute no shows can not be refunded. Thanks for your understanding!
