Bakery

Welcome to LA CASA Bakery! 

All our bakery items are homemade from scratch with quality ingredients. We also use organic products and can adjust our recipes to anyone with gluten or dairy intolerances. Some items may contain nuts so please let us know of any food allergies. 

Every Friday is bake day. We take orders by noon every Wednesday and items ordered are available for pick up or delivery on Friday. We do take special orders with 2 days advance notice when possible. We also offer classes! We provide step by step instruction and give you a tried and true recipe to make your own sourdough. In class we go over a sample baking schedule, tools you need or don't need, basic sourdough process is also shown, made and explained.  Each participant takes home a sourdough starter as well. Available for small groups of 10 people or large groups. Please specify your needs on this Baking Class Interest Form
